My Dwarf Gourami seems to be sick. He has been floating/swimming vertical and horizontal but on his side. He goes to the surface every now and then to gulp some air. I have an air stone and there's enough O2 in there. I don't think it's anything with his swim bladder because he can swim regular if he wants to, but I don't know what it is. Any ideas?

have you tested your water to see if that is a problem? What size is your tank and how long has it been set up?
