I woke up today and one of my Dwarf Gouramis is missing all the scales on top his head. Overnight he somehow lost all his scales on the top of his head. He looks like a little bald old man with a huge bald spot on top his head.
Anyone ever heard of this? What could have caused it?
Who else is in the tank with your gourami? Could he have been in a fight or got frightened and ran into decorations? I have not heard of this before.
Hope you find out whats wrong with the lil guy...
edit: I just saw your siggie and see your other fish. Your leaf fish is a predatory nocturnal fish, so he may be the culprit...

Im not sure about that, others will be able to help on that matter. But I would suggest some type of medication for the gourami, and again, there are others here that use meds a lot and have the knowledge that I do not have on what is the best to use.
