Would I be able to fit a dwarf in my 29g tank? If not would I be able to fit one in if I take out the danios? And should I try to get a male and female?

I would say your 29 gallon has already maxed its limit on how much fish you should have in it. Even if you take out the danios you will still not have enough room. If you took out the Neon Tetras you should have enough room but why take out the tetras? They are beautiful fish.
