Sick Gouramis

My three gouramis get sick. I don't know if it is because they have been fighting very badly or they are infected by some parasite. Some scales of one gourami fell off. Another one does not have the shiny coat anymore. What should I do? Will the stress coat help? Thanks.

What size are the three of them?
What is in the tank with them?
What are your water perameters?
What is the breakdown of genders? (# of males and females)
