Would dojo loaches harrass neon tetras?

Since they swim in different levels of the tank mostly they should be ok Dojos like(prefer it on the lower end) their water 50-77F. Neons need 68-78F you would have to set the temp somewhere in the middle . Dojos get quite large, I'm wondering if they will eat the neons after a bit? just a thought

i have gravel but i assume they like sand better so that they can dig around?

they like sand but unless the gravel is real sharp it should be fine for them

as butterfly said, smooth gravel is best for them.
