My water temp is really high i think its because its summer the temp is about 80 Degrese is this to hot for the loaches like will my dojo actually die because of it?

He may get a little uncomfortable. A couple of extra water changes will help keep the oxygen levels up for him. Maybe you could freeze water in bottles and let a couple float in the tank.

I've got two dojo loaches and their tank has been at 80 since I got them (approx 8 months). I only recently found out they prefer colder temperatures, but they seem to do very well and are active and healthy, so I don't plan to try to change their water temp. On hot summer days (more than a 100F often where I live), their tanks do get up to ~84, so I do add ice in bottles as Butterfly mentioned.
