Got 2 dojo loaches today and completely new to the species (also got 4 khulis today), any breeding tips on the dojo loaches? or khuli loaches for that matter? Planning on getting sand substrate, do the dojo loaches prefer sand as well as the khuli's?

Yes they both prefer sand but the sand is more important for the Dojo loach. I do believe Dojo Loaches like cooler water than Kuhlis though.

Awesome thank you those are very helpful. The tank is and will be kept at 75 degrees, so I think they should be fine with that.

Glad they were helpful watch the Kuhlis for lethargy (sp?) and ICH. at cooler temps they are susceptible to both.
