We are picking up a puppy that we adopted from the local animal shelter today and we need some name suggestions. We are thinking about Cookie...Both my daughters seem to like it (my 2 year old loves cookie monster)... My husband also thought monster would be cute. Any imput or suggestions? She's a red dachshund with a white chest and a few spots going down one leg. We already have a dachshund cross named Lowbelly.

BTW other suggestions are Jumpy (my 4 year old), Salchicha (hotdog in spanish), Chela and Bounce.

Well my hat is off to you. You are a wonderful person for taking in a dog in need. You will have a great pet on your hands there you know. I would have to see that little face to help with a name sometimes they just look like their names if you know what I mean. Keep us posted on your new baby and once again you are great for taking this little angel in I wish more people would do that it would save a lot of innocent lives.
