| I never name my dogs until I have had them for a couple of days at least. Sometimes it takes up to a couple of weeks. I like to pick a name that reflects the dog's personality. For instance, a dog that thinks he's king of the house, Rex, King, Prince, Duke, etc. If you have a dog that is sweeter, or more of a clown, Bel, Goofy, Muffins, Buddy, etc. Then there's the whole 'name the grand dog after a family member...Jake, Tom/tommy, Billy, Sammy, etc. Or you could go with color, Smokey, Dusty, Cloud, etc. |
