i have an airstone for my tank, but the air coming out from it keeps raising the decorations I put them in....

I'm a student, so my fish tank bugdet only exopands so far, and I'm saving for a water testing kit, so thats my main concern is that, and I was hoping to use something I already have to keep the airstone 'ancered', and I was wondering if a label free green-tinted empty glass wine bottle would be safe in my tank?

You can buy suction cups from a pet store that cost from $1 - $5. Attach the tubing in the holdings from the suction cups and you're good to go. If you're looking for an API master kit, you can save about 10 bucks buying it online and thats including shipping.

You should try a simple stone that fits inside the decoration or attached to it. A nice dense solid stone should work.
