thats about it really.... that looks like a spraybar\intake kit... they sell them at drfostersmith.com the eheim one looks better made though....... other than spraybars, you have powerheads\return heads or turbines...... it also depends on how you place decor and your intake and returns..... on my 55 i have a spraybar in the front left corner spraying right, a
powerhead in the back left corner spraying left, and the intake in the back left corner... it causes a constant swirl rotation.... but not to harsh.
