i'm going to be building myself a 30 gal tank stand.. i already know what i want it to look like in the end but is there anything i shud kno before i continue this... like what wud be the best way to support the tank (i'm guessing it'll weigh somewhere in the upper 400lbs?) and if i use 4 t-5 lights will it get really hot if i built a canopy??

here are the building plans i used for my 29 with just a few modifications.

on the top/bottom piece instead of just having the one piece in the middle for support, i did two pieces a third of the way in on each side. i also bought some corner braces, which are probably overkill but i'd rather be safe than sorry. ultimately it will probably end up weighing about 350 pounds.
