Is Epoxy Paint (spray) aquarium safe?

I wonder if Epoxy Paint (spray) is safe to use to paint surfaces that go inside the tank, e.g. PVC pipes.

I did not even know they made an epoxy spray paint and that means I am not sure on whether or not it is ok for in aquariums. What I do know is that a spray paint called Krylon Fusion works great for inside tanks. I have a couple applications using this paint and as long as you let it air dry for a day or two it is fine. Comes in multiple colors hopefully the ones you need. You can find it at Walmart($4.00).

I couldn't find Krylon Fusion locally but I found this can labeled as Epoxy Paint, so I posted the question.

I'd be really concerned/cautious unless it was 'guaranteed safe'...do you know how it reacts when it's been under water for a time? like would it flake, or chemically change?

I would check out the ingredients, see if they are similar to the epoxy they make to glue corals, if so it is safe.
