Changing rock

I am going to be changing the rock in my tank from blue to natural to allow black swords to show better in the aquarium.
But, I do have fish in the tank. Should I remove the fish from the tank to remove the rock, or just remove the rock with them in it.

Taking the rock out while the fish are in the tank should not be a problem.
