| Newcomers ALWAYS get harassed, even if they're bigger (well it happened to me, newcomer were twice as big as home ground kid but still got pecked for the first few hours until he start pecking back). One thing you should know is that there will always be a pecking order in your discus, the one at the bottom of the chain will always hide, eat very little and will end up being stunted, there is nothing you can do to fix this, there must always be one fish that have to suffer. This is something I've learned only recently, it really is one of the downside about keeping discus. |
