Help: my bicoloured damsel, after having him for a few days is now lying at the bottom of the tank, i think he's dying... or is he sleeping i read that some fish do that. no ammonia, pH and salt etc.. fine.. whats going on??

I don't know about caring for SW fish but it sounds like your fish is in shock/stressed. What is the temp?

its between 72 and 75 he was fine the last few days and today it was just the last half hour. When i went to get him out the tank and put him in a spare so i can keep an eye on him and he darted away fine and sunk back to the botom again.. Don't know if he's taking the pi** or not
