I bought 6 Giant Danios for a friend's 75 gallon. They all look very healthy except one.

He/She is slightly paler than the others, and has a very small square tail. All the others have a much larger forked tail. It does not look like it has been injured or chewed on. The markings on the fish are the same as the others, except for the tail and color.

Any ideas what that is about? They are still in my 10G quarantine tank waiting it out.

Tough to get a pic of these things in the tank.... always moving. Here's a poor quality cell phone pic of the fish in the net. You can see the tiny tail clearly, but the dullness of color doesn't really show up.

Maybe he is just a runt He eats well and shows no real signs of illness.
