Hyper Active Corys

I have two cory's who seem to never slow down, they are constantly swimming up and down the sides of the glass. They will jet from one side of the tank to another on the the top of the waters surface from time to time too. I rarely seem them resting, should I be concerned?

Thanks for all of the helpful advice I would be lost without this site!

IMO, They're probably playing a Cory game Mine does that too, and I find no problems.

That's what I was hoping to hear, thanks for the input.

How long have you had them? Mine spend most of their time on the bottom rummaging around for food and rest together. Of course when you drop algae wafer or a couple shrimp pellots in....they get real busy. Mine occasionally run up the sides, occasionally back and forth, like I said they spend most of their time on the bottom.

Hello MetalFish. If your water chemistry readings are in check then I wouldn't worry too much. I've seen both types of cory's, ones that stay on the bottom most of the time and ones that zoom up and down the tank a lot.
