I have a fairly new (less than 6 months) 50 gallon tank. I originally added two bronze corys (I know there should have been more, but I didnt want them to die before the tank was established) which I love and enjoy watching. The two are thriving and I wanted to add more now that the tank is established, and I added two (thinking I'd make a school of four) zebra corys. Now all four are in hiding, when my bronze corys used to be very visible! Do I need to return the zebras, or will they eventually come out (it has been a week)? I was trying to help my little friends, and I think I've made a mistake. Thank you for your advice.

I'd give them a day or two to get used to each other before you return them

all kinds of different cories will school together..they dont know the difference usually...I have albinos, sterbais, and bronze all together....whenever they arent acting normal, its best to do a test of the water to be sure you can rule that out....do you know your ammonia/nitrites/nitrates?
