panda cory always on top of the aquarium

hey guys. i have 4 panda corys. 3 of them are usually all over the aquarium. usually in the bottom. but going up and down and seem to be playing. but one is always at the surface. seems like he is licking the glass (almost looks like what pleco would do).. and seems to be taking a lot of air from the surface. is he sick?
ammonia in water is 0.5
nitrate and nitrite is 0.
only 1 of 3 panda cory is behaving this way. thank u so much

Good morning. I would like to suggest doing a water change to get your ammonia levels to 0, nitrites to 0 and nitrates to 5-10. Add some Prime or Nova Aqua + to reduce the toxic levels of ammonia for about 24 hours until it's time for the next water change. Currently your fish are at risk for ammonia poisoning.
Your water chemistry may be the reason the cat fish is acting a bit strange. Good luck!

ammonia should be 0
nitrates should be 5-20ppm
nitrites 0ppm

give a few water changes and see what appens to your ammonia levels.
do you have an airstone?

did you use something to neutralize the ammonia? you have to do daily water changes to finish up the cycle ...prime will keep them safe for 24 hours until your next water change

in the future, when you do water changes, you need something to neutralize that ammonia for 24 hours...goodluck with the new TSS...do a nice big water change prior, with the prime if you have it, then wait 24 hours and add your TSS

wait. i did a big water change yesterday.. about 55%.. i added stress coat+. not the prime. should i do another big water change today and add prime instead? and only use TSS tomorrow (after 24 hours)?

I would do another today , with prime..as we have found that stress coat+ does NOT neutralize the ammonia....prime will...especially where they are going 7 more days without a water change..then add the TSS only tomorrow after the 24 hours yes
