my female albino spawned with 2 males today the albino who is her usual babys daddy................ but she then also spawned with an emerald green cory..... what are the babys going to look like ? my guess is some will be the albino type the other the green type....am i right ? never had that happen before.... and ive had the female almost 2 years.....it would have been neat to have a color mixture of green and albino together but i dont think thats possible......

i guess i ll find out soon enough.....she started laying eggs around 7 this morning and its now after 1 pm she's still going strong ...lol....actually she was getting quite fat i thought something was wrong with her......but now after laying all those eggs shes getting slimmer....its been awhile since they spawned could the eggs have been building up ? since shes in the community tank alot of the eggs are being eaten but i put a bunch in the breeder box.....but id guess shes laid at least a hundred eggs already if not more lol

yes they hatched thur. night into fri morning !!! i think i have about 40 babies but its to hard to count..... their all pink least for now anyhow... correction .... looks like green ones to. right now they are in a10 gal with maybe 3 inches of water since they aren't great swimmers yet.....everyday i dip out 2---2lb butter bowls of water since they need fairly clean water ..

heres a pic of them when they were only itty bittys...and then in the breeder box..and one of mom resting...if you look close in the circle of light you can see a couple of them...ill take more as they get bigger ...ill keep some the rest i wanna find homes for them..
