Pygmy Cories, survivability, CorysRUs ??

Hi, I bought some pygmy cories about a year ago from a LFS and they rapidly expired within the first few weeks, despite being in a cycled, clean, planted tank. I think they were just sickly to begin with because some didn't even survive in the bag from the store to my house.

Like to hear from anyone who has/or hasn't had success with them. I really like them, they are the cutiest little guys, but I don't want to get more just to see them die off.

Was thinking of buying some from CorysRUs online, despite the shipping fee, but I haven't heard anything good or bad about them and wonder if they are reliable, and if I'm likely to have any better success with them than I did with LFS.

Also there are 3 different diminutive cories; pygmyus, habrosus, and hastatus, does anyone have any opinions or hard information on which of these are hardiest, and any differences in behavior. I have read the easily googled sites online, such as planetcatfish.com and corydorasworld.com but they really don't say much that is helpful in making up my mind which, if any of these species I should buy.

I have kept pygmy cories and they are very hardy cute little fish. I highly recommend that you get some. I got mine from my LFS. I would strongly suggest against using Corysrus as your source for cories. I ordered from them once and got extremely sick fish delivered to me. I know other people have had similar experiences with that company

My lfs has some.... and I want some of them badly, lol.

I believe I've seen them on That Fish Place, which I've heard good things about.

Most people I know that have used CoryRUs have a great experience with this seller. The people that don't have a good experience.... have an awful one. It's supposed to be extremely difficult to get him to help you out at all if something goes wrong. Otherwise, he generally ships good, hardy fish very well.

He has a lot of fans and I suppose a lot of enemies.

I've always wanted some C. habrosus
