seems my albino cory's don't see very well.

At lights on , the windows gradually light the room and it's morning light always shows them slow and still. When the sun goes down and lamps go on in the bedroom and the 11th hour of the hood light (flourescent) goes out the lamps cause a dusk to dark situation. It finally gets dark in the room and a small night light does just about nothing for tank light. Once the lamps go on they seem to know it is night time and really start darting around. All day they are at a normal pace of scavaging the substrate and ormaments so i don't notice any bumping in to things. when it gets to be lamps on and sundown they go nuts. They seem to be blindly hitting into each side of the tank (2 of them and 1 more on the way) they don't seem to be blind until they race around then they hit into everything like they are blind. when they get in contact with each other they seem to try to stay with each other but it don't seem they can. they loose each other quickly. There is light in the tank from the well lit room but only daytime seems to keep them seeing normal. At least it seems that way because they don't speed up until tank light goes out. It's not immediate but soon after lights out it's a blind race for hours. banging into the glass repeatedly. Normal movemenmt in the morning when i get up to check temp and filter function and so on. they are very entertaining and coupled with Scarface ,my male betta who is wacked out totally , it's a comedy show. just hope they are'nt partially blind. Both act the same way at the same time of the day always. sorry for the long story but who is in a hurry here anyway? Thanks. Oh ,they seem in PERFECT health. Except scarface. I gotta keep[ an eye on him and keep plenty of aloe in the water because every week he has another scar on his face from squeezing into things head first. Its cool actually as long as everything stays as healthy as it is. water , fish ,plants ,filter colonies etc. Now i'm done.

Cories are silly fish... I don't think I'd be too worried, as long as they're not hurting themselves on anything.
