Neon Laser Cories

I was taking my fish to the LFS *sniff* and I came upon a school of bronze corydoras catfish. But these weren't just any corydoras, they had neon stripes running down their bodies. And since I'm still looking for something to top off my tank.....

Anyone got any tips? *See Aquarium Info for reference if needed*

Wow. I just Googled them, and apparently this is their natural colouration.

I certainly would get some if I could find them. They're stunning!

I have the Orange Laser Corys.
My New Corys ....
I believe Tom has some also.
I love mine although they seem to stay hidden more than my other Corys do. Even though we've moved to another state and their tank is different their colors are still bright and they are very fat. I think I was told they come from Peru. Yes this is their natural color. Would love for them to breed but so far no luck.

So they're quite hardy, Butterfly?

Here's a few closer pics - just scroll down.

Yes they are quite Hardy. Since they are not genetically engineered but natural species they should be as hardy and treated like other corys. They eat anything that falls to the bottom, not a feeding problem at all. They really group well also, You would think they are joined with a string(as you can see above) LOL so they definitely need to be in a group. The bigger the better.

They're amazing looking! Did you get them at a petstore? How big are they - around the same size as the aeneus?

I've had them about 18 months now and they are about the same size as the Green Aeneus . I won then on Aquabid for $6 each I think
