I just got my three peppered corys and I noticed one of them has a messed up fin. Its paler then the rest of his body and looks like it is either stunted or was sheared off. Is there anything I can do to help him?

if it's an minor injury you could try adding stress coat to help in the healing. a more serious injury will require some antibiotic medications (available at your lfs). best to use a hospital tank with the meds with no carbon in the filter just a sponge. meds will mess up your tank perimeteres meds you could try triple sulfa, Maracyn,or Maracyn II. they have some for salt water and freshwater so make sure you get the right one.goodluck trying to help him hope makes it. melafix is supposed to help with healing of fins but there are fish you can't use this with such as betta's, anything that breathes air from the top of the tank can't use melafix, therefor alot of people here don't use it.

i added stress coat and went looking for some of the meds you were talking about but unfortunately Moe (the Cory) didnt make it.
