Would some cory cats fit?

Would 3-4 albino corys fit in my 10 gallon with Ralph(betta), 4 otos, and 2 kuhli loaches? I have a feeling that it would overstock it, but I want to see if they would be able to be in there comfortably.

It should be fine as long as the water is good and the substrate is sand. With gravel their barbels will wear down and in the overstocked situation might become infected.
It is slightly overdoing it but I think that as long as WC are kept at least once a week then all should be fine.

If I have sand, the otos would die and the betta would try and eat it and die. The substrate isn't gravel anyways, it is those little colorful gem stones that you can get from the craft store.

why would the otos die? I understand that bettas eat any substrate they can fit in their mouth but I keep 5 otos happily on sand (as well as 1-2 bettas).

From what I have read from different people here, otos and sand don't mix, I don't remember where it said it, but just do a search and you might find it.

the substrata is fine for all the fish you asked about but it would be pretty overstocked.

That's what I had thought. I am probably going to pick up a pair for my 5 gallon tank.
