Help! somethings' up with my Button polyp!

So as some of you may have seen in previous posts of mine, I have a single button polyp. It hasn't ever reproduced and at first it grew a bit, and then i noticed it shrivelling/getting smaller, it was right at the back of the tank smushed up against the glass, so being a person who never leaves things alone, I moved the peice of rock around so that the polyp is now at the FRONT of the tank where it has more room.
How ever, it has somehow inverted itself to look more like a mushroom, and i'm really worried about it:
Here is a picture i have taken just this second:

Does anyone know whats up with it?
I had a dream last night, and i looked up my dream and it said something bad might happen, I know i shouldn't believe those things, but could this be it?!
Whats happening!?

It looks fine to me. As you know, it's not going to do much growing or reproducing without a lighting upgrade, but it will live in your tank with what you have until you're able to make that happen. Don't worry so much!

Check your nitrate levels and alkalinity calcium levels. What type of lighting do you have? Can you give me more details are they the same as on your profile?

It seems to have gone to its normal state again now. I know its not going to reproduce, but i just really want it to survive as it is now.
And stang man, the aquarium info on my page is recent

If suplement feedings of brine shrimp are done then they will reproduce pretty quickly , they dont require high lighting and can reproduce under energy saving bulbs with no feeding , They are very easy to keep and reproduce in most conditions

In a 65 gallon tank with normal output lighting? I know it will survive and is an easy coral, my point was that it won't really thrive without a lighting upgrade. It's not necessary for now but if the OP wants to start with more corals it will definitely help.
