Can aiptasia grow on finger leather coral?

The rock my coral is on has been sprouting aiptasia. I am using Aiptaisa-X to eliminate them. But, I noticed a growth similiar to aiptasia on the finger leather. Before I treat it as aiptasia, I want to be sure of what it is.

I also ask because since my last water change (9/25), my corals are not looking well. The finger leather has been closed since, but it is now erect since I repositioned it.

My water chemistry is good pH-8.3, ammonia 0, nitrate 0, phosphate 0, alk 19 drops, cal 410, mag 1150. I added mag this morning to bring that up.

What can I do to help my finger leather get back to normal?

Thanks for your help. This is my first day on the site.

Maybe your calcium might be the problem. Calcium needs to be above 450ppm doesnt it??
