Just recently noticed i have eggs on some
live rock. the only habitants in my tank that it could be is the 2 clowns i have. They are on the floor of the aquarium on a piece of liverock close to the
anemone they share. The question i have is will they hatch and survive in my main tank? I didn't get the clowns with the intentions of breeding them but as i read more and more is likely to happen. is it possible for them to survive with my current setup? I have no other tank to move them and am left with little options unless a
goldfish bowl would be sufficient. I have a 35G tank with crushed coral and 20-30lbs live rock. I am not using a protien
skimmer, for filtration i am running 2 aquaclear 30's and a
powerhead. I do frequent but small waterchanges and have excellent waterquality. For lighting i am using 2-75w CFL's 1 powerglow and 1 atlantic blue. I have a large BTA, the 2 host clowns, 1 peppermint shrimp, 2 skunk cleaners, 10 turbo snails, 4-6 small hermits, 1 haloween hermit, 1 yellow wrasse, 1 blue chromis.
