Hi all just wanting to know if i could put 4 clown fish in my 40 gal tank

2 Orange and 2 black? same breed

They should be fine as long as they are the same breed and they re introduced at roughly the same time

I have 2 black clowns and they are doing very well

Also....... Make sure you purchase both the black and orange clownfish as juveniles and not fully grown adults. This way you have more chance of having a success

Yeah i saw your fish i love it.
I only bought the orange clowns today because they are cheaper and they are my first fish ever!

I didnt want to pay $25 more and then have them die so i went orange but i love the black ones so much.

im hoping to buy black ones in the next 3 days if my other clowns are doing fine.
