No, do not mix species of clowns, especially in such a small tank.

What kind of lighting do you have? An anemone may not survive under PC lighting, only T5 or MH. You can get by with some species of LPS coral like frogspawn, hammer, or torch, and there's a chance the clown will host that, but there's no sure thing if it's tank raised (is it?).

There would be no problem with mixing a true perc and a tank bred (false) ,,as they are the same species ,, I wouldnt advise on a anemone as they need a mature tank and high lighting requirements ,,

True percs and false (otherwise known as ocellaris) are not the same species.

If you are simply saying that you can mix 2 clowns of the same species with the only difference being one is wild caught and the other tank bred, I agree. My point above was that being tank bred does not make a perc "true" or "false". They are two seperate species. True percs are true percs (amphiprion percula), reguardless of being tank raised or wild caught. Likewise for false percs (amphiprion ocellaris).

Correct, a true percula clown will not mix with a false percula (ocellaris). They are different species noted by different coloration (amount of black) and number of dorsal fins spines.

Make a screen top using a screen door frame kit and some 3/8" pond netting.

You know like a screen door on a porch? They sell the stuff to make them at Home Depot or Lowes. You buy the frame material and some corners/connectors, and some pond netting from the garden department (used to keep leaves and stuff out of ponds). Construct a screen top for the tank by measuring and making one the same size.
