Well I was at my LFS and they had a new shipment of clown loaches. So I obtained 3 which will be going into a bigger tank at some point in time.

I noticed though that one of my loaches is missing a stripe on it's left side. I mean it's there on it's right side. Does that mean anything or is he just weird?

Just as they have miss marked dogs, they have "miss marked" fish. I personally look for that when I buy clown loaches. It's easier to tell them apart.

LOL Ken they both opened for me(mine and yours) and went to the same place. The idea of the link is that variations in stripes are perfectly normal. There are some pretty cool variations out there.
