I am just wondering if a full grown clown loach could/would eat a tiny oto. I ask because I'd like to have a school of both in my next tank if possible.

No I don't think they(the clowns) would eat them but they are so curiuos them might harass them. You could always try it and if that is the case, move the Otos.
The only thing I had a problem with my clowns eating was ghost shrimp and they thought they were put in there just for them to snack on

Okay, thanks. I'll try it once I've set up my next tank. If it doesn't work, I'll remove the oto's. I figured they wouldn't do good with ghost shrimps hahaha.

The sad part is our clown loaches (3 inches up to 6 inches) will not eat the cherry shrimp. We have a whole colony started because we tried to give them a high protein live food... Go figure.
