cloudy water from sand

just got me some sand and i guess i didn't rinse it good enough. my tank is really cloudy now and i did a 50% water change. look alittle better but what should i do now?just wait or keep changing the water everyday?

WELCOME TO FISHLORE!

Don't worry. It's a normal effect with new sand. It'll be cloudy for a while but after a few days or so, it should settle and you'll have clear water. Good luck!

as peacemaker suggested, it will go away in time from the sand addition..but if your aquarium information is correct, you need daily water changes until the tank finishes its cycle process....you can hold a plate or another hard flat object half way down inside the tank when you pour new water back in so it wont keep stirring up the sand each time ...good luck!
