How often do you change your carbon? Maybe new carbon insert can clear up the water. I personally have never even fed my fish with frozen brine shripm, only with frozen bloodworms. What I do with my frozen bloodworms is: I take them out of the freezer and put them in a refrigerator a couple of hours before feeding. After that, the bloodworms are soft, fresh and not spoiled. And I do not drop the whole little package in the tank, but feed the fish with some of them at a time, and see when they've had enough. This way nothing stays on the bottom and they (bloodworms) don't decay and pollute the water.
