Cloudy water...can't figure out why

My 10 gallon tank is cycled....been a couple months now. A few days ago the water got a bit murky looking. Water params are where they should be, no new fish, decorations or substrate. I vacume and change 25-50% water each week. I have 3 cory cats and a betta fish in there. I can't think of anything i did differently. What the heck could this be from?

if the water seems hazy with some lighter white coloration, it could possibly be a bacterial bloom, which is beneficial, especially if the tank is only recently cycled.

If it is a white algae bloom, please don't add any chemicals like Tank be Clear or any of the others that say it will clear your tank. It will go away on it's own before you know it.

It doesn't get any direct sunlight. I won't add anything. It's not really bad, just a little hazy. I had a bacterial bloom in my other tank when I was doing a fishless cycle and it doesn't really look like that. It's weird that it happened for no reason.

Is it possible that your feeding your fish too much food?

Not sure. I feed twice a day. I give the betta a few flakes and sometimes a couple freeze dried worms. I give the 3 catfish a tiny shrimp pellet and figure they clean up anything Einstein doesn't eat. They don't look fat but then I don't really know what a fat fish looks like. lol
