Cloudy Tank Water

Hey guys, i just have a quick question.
The other day i did some long overdue algae removal from my decorations, which means i took them out, went over em with a sponge, got all the algae off that i could then put them back, i also rearranged them a bit. So as you can can this kicked up some debris and the water was fairly cloudy, so i did about a 30% water change, then added my Stability, blackwater extract, and some stress coat stuff to make the tap water safe. All was well.
But today i came home and the water is cloudy again, its way to early to do another change, but should i worry?

trust me, it's never too early for another water change just so long as they're small and frequent.

but by now, i would've guessed your filter would've captured that debris. have you cleaned it out recently?
