I tested the water, late tonight because I couldn't get the cloudy water, it was perfectly clear before the water change, my nitrites were 0 as before, ammonia 0 as before, nitrates 5 as before, and pH was 8 as before...

I did my weekly take all the rocks out and vaccum the tank, I also took the filters apart and cleaned them, not using anything but old tank water to rinse the filters off. What could this be? Should this clear up soon?
Its only in one tank.

1230am update, water actually clear after snapping on light to check looking puzzled must have been all the stirring I did in the tank.

Something could have triggered a tiny bacterial bloom or, as you said, it could have just been that something got stirred up.
