Cloudy in my established tank

What can be causing my clouding, nothing has been added or changed to my tank, I change water as my readings tell me to with my API test kits, 1 filter was changed about a month ago, other one is the old one. I did change foods, can that cause it? I ran out of what I had and use Tetramin flakes. There is natural light getting into the tank, but my otos are taking care of the algae as it grows.

I don't know what to do

Yes, change of food and the amount you are giving can cause clouding, post your current readings and that will help us help you.

This could be caused by to much light and food in the aquarium.

did you add any live plants or driftwood?

It could also be the new filter cartridge blooming with bacteria. Did you leave the old cartridge in front of the new one, so that it would flow into the new cartridge and jump start bacteria growth?
