Cloudy water for 6 wks (est. tank)

I need help. I have a 10 gallon tank that is about 1 year old. I haven't had too many issues with it. About 2 months ago, I had some sick-looking fish. I did several 30% water changes over 1-2 weeks, but two of the fish died within a week. The one that lived looked like it had ick. This fish (a black molly) has since fully recovered. Ever since, my aquarium water started getting cloudier (white). It has now reached a point that you can only see about 1/2 way into the tank (see pic). I am now doing partial water changes (~30%) every 3-4 days. I have checked the levels and the water is OK. Nitrites are 0, nitrates are <20, the pH is high at ~8. I don't have strips for ammonia testing but the water smells fine and the fish seems healthy and happy. i understand that this is a bacterial bloom, but it is pushing 6 weeks now.

Does anyone have any recommendations that may help?

I was just wondering if you are using any chemicals that will try to help to remove the cloudiness from your tank?

Should've use biospira or other bacterial supplement to cycle your tank. But try some new carbon (acticated).
