Soap Residue

Merry Chrismas Everyone... i got, yes you guessed it, a fish tank as a pressent... a bit of a hand me down and fix-er-up-er of a fish tank... but at least it huge...

my question is:
If i didn't read the rule on washing my fish tank with soap in time... is there anyway of getting rid of any soap residue on the tank
And if it will even be a problem with the size of my fish tank - 66 gallons

Re: Soap Residue

It will definately be a problem in your tank no matter how big it is. Just rinse, rinse, rinse until you no longer see any more soap residue. It's a pain in the neck, but it will be so worth it, I promise!

Re: Soap Residue

If you can get it outside and use the water hose on it it will be alot easier(I know it's winter!!). Any soap residue left in the tank will kill our fish.
