Twenty gallon tank with arowana and platys HELP!

Now that I have your attention. Lol I hope I don’t offend anyone just trying to be funny. I do my water changes once a week. I do them religiously never miss one. My tank has been cycled now for a wile. My test results since fully cycled are 0-0-0 I have never seen any nitrates in my test results. Thanks to the plants of course. My question is can I reduce the frequency in water changes? For example bi weekly if I can keep my nitrates at 0. I don’t mind the water changes but if I could do them less often would be a plus.

You have 35 healthy fish in a 55 gallon aquarium. That is quite an accomplishment.
