Maintence Saturdays..........

As much as I love my fish, I can't say that I look foward to saturdays. First it's a Vacumn and water change AND filter rinse of the 90gal, followed by the 39gal, then the 20gal long, then the 20gal cube, then the Bettas and Frytanks. Oh and we found out this week that my wife is expecting our 2nd child, so now I have to do the Axolotyl tank too. It never ends.............

Congratulations on the new baby news!

Time (or lack thereof) for tank maintenance is one of the only things that keeps MTS in check for me...

Congrats on the new baby!!

Don't know why such wonderful news is stuck between the Fry tank and the Axolotyl tank.
Such good news deserves a thread of it's own.

Good luck with the babies.

I usually do mine on Saturdays, unless I have time on fridays.

Is it weird that I actually look forward to waterchange day, never mind that I have 4-5 tanks set up at any given time? I think it's just because I like spoiling my fish kids and giving them lots of clean nice water. And I kind of think it's fun for some weird reason.

lol, i've gotten water changes on 8 tanks down to a science, it used to take me FOREVER (probably between 3-4 hours) but i've finally gotten it down to one and a half or two
