best, non chemical, ways to clean bubble curtains.

I've come to find "crap" buildup on my bubble curtain and can't seem to get it out. Any of you awesome people have any suggestions?

Maybe a soak in a container of hot water would loosen it up enough to clean off?

sometimes soaking in vinegar will help too. dunno if you consider vinegar "chemical"

brushing it also usually helps after a soak

I don't know what kind you have, but depending on that, you might just be able to rub your fingers on it. I have an air stone (similar to THIS) and when it would get clogged, I would just use my hands to rub the gunk off it and swish it around in water. Seemed to work pretty well. Even got more bubbles then when I originally got it.
