New Cichlid tank...

Starting a new tank. Just finishes cycling after a month. now to get fish? Anyone have any recommendations? I want something pretty aggressive, but not Hard to take care off. this is for a 28 gal. tank

Multis are cichlids, they are shell dwellers and are great. check them out www.shelldwellers.com

Wow, so whats the basic need with them just shells? I have a sandy bottom. not sure if i've seen them in any of my LFS? I get my first purchase tomorrow, just basically see what they have. still lost....

That is a very good website for cichlid specific issues. Click on their trading post, and you might be surprised that there are fellow hobbyists out there right in your area. You will usually get much healthier fish this way. Also check into seeing if you have any local clubs or aquarium societies nearby to search out other hobbyists and breeders. Not only will your fish probably be healthier, they will probably be cheaper. That site will also give you cookie cutter set up ideas according to tank size. I was really fond of my FireMouth Cichlids...
Beautiful things and they are aggressive, so aggressive i had to remove them from my community tank
