I am having trouble determining the sex of this texas cichlid. I don't really see any genitalia hanging down, and when I vented the genital pore was a little bigger than the anal pore. What do you think? By the way is this texas a specific sub-type of the texas cichlid (green or blue)?

I would say the texas is about 5 inches long. Pretty slim build too.

It's a great looking fish! It's quite tricky to sex them at that size, but looking at the finnage I would guess that he's a male. Thats only an educated guess though
