From up in heaven, down to the drain :(

Ok guys, i let out the parrot cichlid as you may know from my thread, and the jack dempsey went mad at it, then all of its past tank mates aswel.

I acted as quickly as i good and i now have my 4-5" jack dempsey in a 33Gallon all on his own, i know he needs bigger, so im probably going to take him back to the LFS.

But now the problem is my 72G is over stocked

I have in my 72G
8, 1" odessa barbs
5, 1" harlequins
2, 3" angel fish
1, 3" parrot cichlid
2, 2" bosemani rainbows
3, 2" clown loaches
1, 3" angel catfish
2, 2" bolivian rams
1, 2" T-bar cichlid
1, 3" opaline gourami

I will hopefully pass 1 of my bolivian rams onto a friend soon.

If anybody in the UK is willing to come the journey, they can have my jack dempsey, rainbows and clown loaches for free. I really want all of these fish to pull through ok, but its looking bad

It's hard, but I has to return one of my parrots after a few months.
It's up to you, but I would go the route that upsets the least amount of fish.

I'm thinking of donating the jack dempsey and then getting all of them back to their original tanks, except keep the odessa barbs in the 72G to replace the jack dempsey.

once i get my new 47.75 Gallon i will be able to finally sort everything out.

everybody is looking ok at them oment except the rams because they are old rival males who i split up, so they are having a little go at one another, and the little T-bar girl has took it alot more stressfully than all of the other fish.

OH NO!!!!!! whose hurt? I hope everyone is ok
I must have the rare JD's as mine are the babies of the tank ....convicts are the terrors...
was the parrot the only fish added? I didnt realize you had so many already before the parrot in the 72

I never had so many, the odessa barbs, harlequins, one bolivian ram and the T-bar were all from the 33G
But i moved them out so i could remove the jack dempsey.

the parrot was the only fish added, nobody hasb een hurt, but the 72G is looking awfully crowded now
