Beautiful fish, but one that I put a report on "does not mix well with others, even their own species".
If you are looking for fish to put with these that will stand up to it you need other extremely aggressive
mbuna, kenyi, polits come in mind. My polits are called "one nasty mbuna" in profiles they are small but very tough. The kenyi are known for their aggressiveness, and beauty.
The other one would be a crabro, but I wouldn't mix a crabro w/ an aurartus because of the yellow/black colors.
