That size tank for those fish is not a good mixture. You need at least a 30g tank for those cichlids thats just the labs, the aurartus is a highly aggressive cichlid that shouldn't be in with labs, the hap needs to be in at least a 75g tank they get very big. Also african cichlids and convicts do not mix they have to come from the same area of the world, and malawi cichlids need to be only mixed with malawis. (the labs, aurartus, and ahi are malawis).
Also, the other fish the barbs, and dwarf frogs do not need to be in with the cichilds, they will end up being lunch for them.
Your tank is very young as well, 43 days old it sounds like its not properly cycled and you are way overstocked, and the fish are way oversized for that tank. You should consider rehoming your cichilds, or getting a bigger tank.
I agree w/ the above post, the ammonia, nitrate, nitrites are prob off the scale. The
pH for the africans also needs to be from 7.6-8.2.
