Just wondering what the odds of Cichlids actually breeding are? 25%? 50%? 75%? I'm not sure what I would do if any fry showed up. I asked my local pet store about it and they said they are very particular about the fish they take in and I know I would never have room for them.

What kind of cichlids? They all breed like crazy but not all fry survives.
Malawi cichlids hold their eggs/fry in their mouth for 21 days release them....most of the fry will be eaten. Pairing cichlids tend to take care of their young. Kribs, convicts and keyholes cichlids all breed like crazy once they get going. I'd stay away from those 3 for sure.
